To maintain active participation membership status in the WSAB, a member must maintain his/her yearly dues of at least $30.00, due each year no later than the end of the month in which he/she became a member. There is no grace period. Failure to pay membership fees when due will cause a re-initiation fee of at least $5.00, plus the renewal fee.
Notification will normally be emailed to the member’s address currently on file with WSAB before the deadline for renewal. Branch members do not receive such notice. WSAB cannot nor will not be responsible for any member not receiving his/her notification. Each member’s renewal date appears on his/her membership card and it is the member’s responsibility to remain current.
In the event this renewal requirement is not met, a re-initiation fee will be invoked to re-establish active membership status, provided the member/applicant qualifies under all the current membership rules and regulations.
If a member’s renewal is paid in a timely manner his/her status may not be affected by an outside average. However, if a bowler’s membership expires and that bowler wishes to re-join WSAB he/she would be required to re-qualify as a new member.
Joint Membership renewal fees must be paid. These fees must be paid in the same month regular renewals are paid.
